Here are all the things that are included.

Newer  washer and dryer.
 
The Bathroom has hair dryer, iron, flat iron hair,
first aid kit, toilet paper,
Shampoo,  soap, and gel shower, c etc.
The main bathroom also has a small locker to store your personal items such toothbrush etc.
The main bathroom gets desinfected once a day with UV light and green safe desinfectants.
NO HARSH CHEMICALS.
The main Bathroom is equiped with an air purifier LEVOIT which is on 24 by 7. So long as someone is 
home.
 
Room has the following amenities:
DESK to check emails in your laptop.
FANS ceiling fans and personal fan.
WIFI, PG &E etc.
TV WITH streaming subscription roku (youtube, etc), prime video, netflix, HBO.
Extra sheets, Extra Pillows, Extra blankets.
 
2 sets of pillow  encase in allergen case.
A Microwave, fridge, Keurig Coffee Machine, Tea keetle, plates, metal forks and knives, napkins, towels paper, toaster etc.
Luggage Racks,
Laundry bin,
Salt and Pepper.
Visitor's parking in the complex, park in the cul de sac or in front of the unit.

Cleaning home once a week. You clean your room (take your trash out)
 I also desinfect with UV light and use steamed for the floors. 
 
Safety and Security
 
My roommates are all long term and part of my household.
There are cameras outside/inside front of the home as well as outside and inside Garage.
Cameras record 24 by 7. 
There are floodlights  in the stairs solar operated and wall mounted.
