PARKING
Park in the visitor's parking area which is a little bit up the hill to your right, it should say in the pavement "visitors parking". The spots with a number are not visitors -they are reserved.
There is also free parking near my house in the street out near the cul de sac. But if you come home too late might be full. In that case park in the visitors area.
GUEST ACCESS
Access to front porch, shared second bathroom, access to a full kitchen for dinners, in addition there is a pool, a green belt, and visitor's parking spot.
