This room provides a lot of privacy and is conveniently located on the first level . Quick access to the bathroom next door. The insulation is great so for winter or summer and noise proteccion. There is a double set of curtains for sunny days and night time shade. The room is freshly painted in soft green.
There is a large wall to wall closet and a large wall to wall window. The Porch has a Patio furniture and colored lights, and art in the ceiling. There is a food prep table to fix snacks or to cook on summer and a net that covers the entire patio, this prevent bugs and mosquitos from interfering with the patio's enjoyment.
Access to the Kitchen there is a stove, a Keurig coffee machine, a tea kettle and other things.
Lots of hangers, there is a bin for dirty laundry, metal garbage cans, and recycle bins, Also 2 luggage racks for you to access your clothes directly from your luggage without bending to the floor.

-We have four malls in the area: from the newest a mile away. Veranda, The willows, heritage square, and Sunnyvale mall (macy's etc)
-We have a variety of restaurants in the area, a public golf course a few blocks away, and airport with flights to LA, a Barnes and Noble, and more.
-The BART station 5 minutes away in car (bay area electric train) you can get to SF in this train, you can leave your car at the BART STATION AND travel to SF downtown, University of California Berkeley, and other cities around the Bay Area . Don't forget to pay the parkig t in the train station
-HOSPITALS and such: Kaiser Permanente Walnut Creek 4 miles, Vet Center Concord, John Muir Concord, Walnut Creek, and Regional Contra Costa in Martinez.

PARKING
Park in the visitor's parking area which is a little bit up the hill to your right, it should say in the pavement "visitors parking". The spots with a number are not visitors -they are reserved.
There is also free parking near my house in the street out near the cul de sac. But if you come home too late might be full. In that case park in the visitors area.
GUEST ACCESS
Access to the Master Bedroom and balcony, kitchen, bathroom and all common areas listed here: such as the pool, the green belt, visitor's parking spot.
BOOKING POLICY
1,400 for one guest for one month only. If you sign a lease for 6 months you will get a discount 1300
